Where does Sukoon ship?
Sukoon currently ships across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver your order within 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹2,000.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to Sukoon’s return conditions.
Are sale items eligible for return or refund?
No. All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Will I receive a cash refund for my return?
No. Sukoon does not offer monetary refunds. Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive store credit that can be used towards a future purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you choose to return a product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. You will need to ship the garment back to us at your own expense.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We’re sorry! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with the required details. Once verified and approved, we will provide you with store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once this window has passed, cancellation may not be possible.
