By placing an order with Sukoon, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date.

3. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to any obvious pricing errors or applicable legal requirements.

Any applicable shipping charges or other charges will be displayed during checkout.

Sukoon reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:

6. Payments

Sukoon may offer multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery.

COD is currently available across India without an additional COD fee, subject to serviceability and applicable order restrictions.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Sukoon currently ships across India only.

We aim to deliver orders within 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Store Credit

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving an order, subject to Sukoon's return conditions.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Sukoon does not ordinarily provide monetary refunds for approved returns. Eligible approved returns are generally issued as store credit.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Sukoon website, including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Brand names

• Product photographs

• Images

• Graphics

• Text

• Designs

• Website layouts

• Videos

• Other original content

is owned by or licensed to Sukoon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
